However, in certain exceptional cases, where an error has been made in processing a donation, such as duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, or technical issues during the donation process, we may consider refund requests. In the event that you need to cancel your registration for an event, please notify us as early as possible. For events organized by Samarth Dev Foundation, our cancellation and refund policy varies based on the nature of the event and the registration terms:

  • Event Cancellations by the Foundation: If Samarth Dev Foundation cancels or reschedules an event, we will offer a full refund to all registered participants. We will notify you via email or phone about the cancellation or rescheduling, and you will be provided with instructions on how to process your refund.

  • Participant Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration for an event, please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the event date to be eligible for a refund. Refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event may not be provided unless there are extenuating circumstances. If your request is received more than 14 days before the event, a full refund (minus any administrative fees, if applicable) will be processed.

  • Event Registration Refunds: Refunds for event cancellations will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card. For other payment methods, refunds will be made according to the method used for the original payment.

  • Volunteer Cancellations: Since volunteering does not typically involve monetary transactions, there is no refund associated with cancellations. However, any changes to your volunteer schedule or participation will be managed in consultation with the volunteer coordinator.
